Details of Disappearance
Joshua was last seen in Houston, Texas on December 26, 1995. His father, David Adams, has custody of him and his mother, Juanita Kirsten Eberle Adams, had visitation. Juanita's mother and sister picked up Joshua for a visit with Juanita and never returned him. Juanita is believed to have abducted her son.A Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution warrant was issued for Juanita on March 28, 1996.
