Details of Disappearance
Aguilar was last seen on September 28, 1998 in Tempe, Arizona. He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Alberto Aguilar Fragoso. A photograph and vital statistics for Fragoso are posted below this case summary. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for him on November 3, 1998, over a month after he abducted Aguilar.Aguilar and Fragoso may have gone to Mexico. They may travel in a blue 1989 Toyota Corolla with Arizona license plates numbered 844CDY. Aguilar's case remains unsolved.
