Details of Disappearance
Maria and her sister Gloria disappeared from Las Vegas, Nevada on June 23, 2008. Authorities believe they were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Gloria Olivares. Photographs and information for Olivares are unavailable. Both children were wards of the state at the time of their disappearances. Gloria and Maria may still be in the local area, or they may be in California or Mexico. Their cases remain unsolved.
