Details of Disappearance
Emily and her brother Javier were last seen in the 3700 block of Breen Street in Indianapolis, Indiana on May 31, 2002. They was abducted by their non-custodial father, Javier Aguilera. A felony warrant for interference with custody was issued for him on September 11, 2002.Photographs of Javier Sr. are unavailable. His date of birth is December 26, 1969; he was thirty-two years old at the time he abducted his children. His is a black-haired, hazel-eyed Hispanic male, 5'6 tall and 130 pounds. He has tattoos on his right thumb and near his left shoulder and he may use the alias Javier Aguilera Gaytan.
Emily, Javier Jr., and Javier Sr.'s whereabouts are unknown. The children's cases are unsolved. Plymouth, Indiana police are investigating their disappearances.
