Missing Since: March 29, 1986 from Des Moines, Iowa Classification: Non-Family Abduction Date Of Birth: May 13, 1972 Age: 13 years old Height and Weight: 4'11 - 5'0, 85 - 90 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian male. Brown hair, blue eyes. Allen has a small scar on the top of his head. His first name may be spelled "Mark." He may be called "Marc James Allen" by some agencies. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A light blue t-shirt, blue jean shorts, white socks and gray tennis shoes with velcro tabs.
Details of Disappearance
Allen told his mother that he planned to walk a friend's house down the street from his family's residence in Des Moines, Iowa on March 29, 1986. He was last seen leaving his residence. Allen never arrived at the neighbor's home and has not been seen again.
