Brown hair, hazel eyes. Allen's ears are pierced. She has two poor-quality tattoos: the Confederate flag with the word "Dixie" above it on her upper left arm, and a heart on her upper right arm. Details of Disappearance
Allen was last seen in Altus, Oklahoma on March 29, 2001. She has never been heard from again. She may be driving a white 1981 Ford Escort with the Oklahoma license plate number JSM594.Allen was divorced at the time of her disappearance. Her family described her as a loner and stated she would sometimes go months at a time without contacting them, but they didn't believe she would have abandoned her three children.
