Brown hair, brown eyes. Allender has the following tattoos: a half-nude woman on his left wrist, a wizard, eagle and palm trees on his right arm and a heart with a lightning bolt and the name "Diana" on his right forearm. He may use the alias names Joey Owens and/or Danny Pope.

Allender was last seen Clinton, Arkansas on November 14, 1997. He has never been heard from again. He was a truck driver at the time of his disappearance. Few details are available in his case.
