Missing Since: August 31, 1979 from Jackson, Wyoming Classification: Endangered Missing Date of Birth: September 4, 1929 Age: 49 years old Height and Weight: 5'11, 155 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian male. Blond hair, blue eyes. Allison wears solid-framed eyeglasses. He smokes pipe tobacco and his teeth are stained as a result; his bottom teeth are also crooked. He has a large appendectomy scar on his abdomen, one ear is pierced and he may have a beard. Allison's nickname is Don. Clothing/Jewelry Description: Unknown, but he usually wears corduroy pants, button-down shirts, leather belts, hiking boots or sailing shoes, a watch and possibly an earring.
Details of Disappearance
Allison was visiting friends in Jackson, Wyoming in 1979. He left Jackson on August 31 and never contacted his family or friends again. His loved ones later learned he traveled to Fort Collins, Colorado and worked there for the national biological survey for a few years. Allison left Colorado in approximately 1982 and his current whereabouts are unknown. Allison may be driving a blue Volkwagen or Chevrolet camper van. Few details are available in his case. Wyoming police are investigating.
