Black hair, brown eyes. Baxter's nickname is Dee. Medical Conditions: Baxter was five months pregnant at the time of her disappearance.
Details of Disappearance
Baxter was last seen leaving her workplace and entering its parking lot on March 17, 2000 in Palm Bay, Florida. She was employed as an assembler at the time. Baxter told her three children she planned to return home and buy them all pizza, but she never arrived. She has never been heard from again. Her car, a blue four-door 1988 Chevrolet Corsica with Florida license plates numbered XMJ51N, has never been located.Baxter's case remains unsolved. Foul play is suspected in her disappearance.
