Black hair, brown eyes. Blanco may use the first name Jesse or Jessie. He has a large mole on his right cheek. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A black t-shirt, blue denim shorts, and gray, blue and white Nike sneakers.
Details of Disappearance
Blanco disappeared from Litchfield Park, Arizona on July 3, 2010. He was carrying a gray and red backpack at the time of his disappearance. Authorities believe he left of his own accord. Few details are available in his case.
