Brown hair, brown eyes. Bornos has a heart tattoo on his left arm. His right ear is pierced. Bornos wears eyeglasses. His nickname is Link. Some agencies refer to him as John Robert Bornos. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A white t-shirt featuring the rock group The Who, jeans, white socks, and orange and white Nike sneakers.
Details of Disappearance
Bornos visited the Choptank Inn in Easton, Maryland on April 19, 1993. He played pool with friends during the evening hours. Bornos told his companions that he was feeling ill during the course of the game and stepped into the parking lot. He was last seen standing next to a blue vehicle. Bornos has never been heard from again. His truck was discovered abandoned seven miles from the Choptank Inn approximately one week after his disappearance. There was no sign of him at the scene. Foul play is suspected in Bornos's case.Some agencies may list the location of Bornos's disappearance as Cordova, Maryland.
