Bram was last seen in a commercial/industrial area of El Cajon, California on June 7, 1993. He owned an insurance agency in 1993 and was en route to an appointment with a client. He never returned and has never been heard from again. He was reported missing by family members.

Bram's red 1990 Cadillac Deville with the vanity license plate reading "BRAM INS" was seen in the Los Angles area being driven by someone else. On June 12, the car found abandoned in a shopping center parking lot in Van Nuys, California with the keys still in the ignition. An unidentified male and female were seen taking items out of the car and throwing them in a nearby dumpster. Bram was reported missing by family members. He vanished under suspicious circumstances and his disappearance is being investigated as a homicide.
