Details of Disappearance
James disappeared from Binghamton, New York on April 15, 1996. Authorities believe he was abducted by his non-custodial mother. Photographs and information for the mother are unavailable. They may be in the Philippines. James's father received custody of him after his disappearance. His case remains unsolved.
