Blond hair, blue eyes. Richard may go by the name Cash Anderson. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A black t-shirt and black skinny pants.
Details of Disappearance
Richard ran away from his Norwalk, California home on July 25, 2009. He was a ward of the state at the time, and lived in the 15500 block of Lancelot Avenue. He was sighted in the Nebraska cities of Fremont and Lincoln after his disappearance. Richard has relatives, including his mother and maternal grandmother, who live in that area. He ran away to Nebraska once before, in December 2008, but was caught and returned to California. Richard's grandmother stated he stayed at her residence after he left California in 2009, but he ran away from her home in August 2009. Richard's current whereabouts are unknown. He may be in Nebraska or he may be in the Norwalk area. His case remains unsolved.
