Black hair, brown eyes. Camacho's head was shaved at the time of his disappearance. He may use the last name Ortiz and/or the first names Ken or Goku. Camacho has the following tattoos: the phrase "Love One Purpose" on his right forearm, the word "Boricua" and the island of Puerto Rico with a flag inside the border on his right shoulder, the word "Japan" on his left forearm, and a Chinese symbol on his foot. He has a faded brown birthmark on his chest, a scar above his right bicep, and a healed fracture to his arm from a childhood injury. Clothing/Jewelry Description: Unknown, but he usually wears blue jeans, white t-shirts, hoodies, sneakers and a do-rag or skully. Medical Conditions: Camacho has an unspecified medical condition requiring medical attention.
