Missing Since: November 10, 2005 from Victor, Idaho Classification: Endangered Missing Date of Birth: March 20, 1962 Age: 43 years old Height and Weight: 6'1, 165 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian male. Graying curly blond/brown hair, blue/hazel eyes. Carroll had sideburns and long hair at the time of his disappearance. His right arm and hand are contorted. His nickname is Moose. Clothing/Jewelry Description: Possibly a cowboy shirt, Levi's jeans and a Levi's jacket, a belt with western-style buckle, cowboy boots or work boots, and a cowboy hat or baseball cap.
Details of Disappearance
Carroll was seen at his residence in the vicinity of 400 South 400 West in Victor, Idaho on November 10, 2005. He left all of his belongings behind when he vanished and he has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case.
