Details of Disappearance
Luis disappeared from Nampa, Idaho on August 15, 2000. He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Luis Alan Ceron Meja. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for Ceron Meija on April 11, 2002. Photographs of him are unavailable. He is described as a Hispanic male, 6'1 tall and 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His date of birth is May 2, 1960, making him 40 years old at the time of his son's abduction.Luis and his father may be in Mexico. The child's whereabouts are unknown and his case remains unsolved.
