Brown hair, brown eyes. Chaves's nickname is Manny. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A plain white t-shirt, blue jeans and a black baseball cap with a "USA" logo. Medical Conditions: Chaves was in the early stages of Alzheimer's Disease at the time of his disappearance.
Details of Disappearance
Chaves was last seen at a construction site in the 3500 block of Palisade Avenue in Union City, New Jersey at 10:30 p.m. on June 30, 2009. He had gone there with his business partner. He left to go get lunch and never returned. He has never been heard from again. Chaves lived in Secuacus, New Jersey at the time of his disappearance. He was reported missing on July 3.Chaves is a licensed electrician. Since his disappearance there hasn't been any activity on his bank accounts. At the time he went missing, all of his family lived in Argentina except for his ex-wife. She lived in New Jersey, but he hadn't been in contact with her in years. Chaves's case remains unsolved; little information is available in his disappearance.
