    Details of Disappearance

    Chandler and his siblings Rebekah and Hayden were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Eileen Sams Clark. Their last known whereabouts were Rancho Santa Fe, New Mexico, where Eileen was served with divorce papers on February 18, 1995. She failed to appear in court for a custody hearing and was charged with appear for arraignment and custodial interference.

    A Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued for Eileen on September 28, 1995. The warrant was later canceled, but a new one was issued on July 20, 2005, and state warrant for custodial interference was issued on May 19, 2005. Photographs and vital statistics for her are posted below this case summary. She and the children have never been heard from again. Eileen, Rebekah, Hayden and Chandler may be in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Eileen is reportedly accustomed to a comfortable lifestyle.

    Chandler was born in Knoxville, Tennessee. His brother and sister were born in Marietta, Georgia.

    Some agencies give the date of the Clark family's disappearances February 10, 1994.
