Colchado Torres disappeared from Houston, Texas on April 7, 2003. She is believed to have been abducted by her non-custodial mother. Photographs and information about the mother are unavailable. Colchado Torres may be in Mexico. Her father has filed for her return to the United States under the terms of the international civil treaty, the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
