Faye was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Hsiu H. Coll, from Trumansburg, New York on April 1, 1998. Photographs of Hsiu are unavailable but she is an Asian female who was born on August 9, 1951; she was thirty-six years old at the time she abducted Faye. Hsiu may use the alias last name Young. She has relatives in San Jose, California and San Francisco, California and may be in either of those cities, or she may have taken Faye to Taiwan. Faye's case remains unsolved.
