Cook was last seen at approximately 10:30 p.m. on April 22, 1999, when he was dropped off by a relative to go to his camper on another relative's rural property north of Dow, Oklahoma in Bache, Oklahoma. He has never been heard from again.Cook is described as a very religious Christian. He may be attending a southern Baptist church. He enjoys playing golf. At the time of his disappearance, he worked doing lawn maintenance for golf courses or lawn companies. Few details are available in his case.
