Missing Since: June 21, 2000 from Madisonville, Texas Classification: Endangered Missing Date Of Birth: August 5, 1925 Age: 74 years old Height and Weight: 5'11, 214 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: African-American male. Black hair, brown eyes. Cooper was balding at the time of his 2000 disappearance and had a thin moustache. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A gray knit shirt with the Texas Rangers logo imprinted on the front, black pants and a black baseball cap. Medical Conditions: Cooper has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease.
Details of Disappearance
Cooper was last seen in Madisonville, Texas on June 21, 2000. He apparently drove away from his family's residence during the early morning hours while his wife was asleep. Cooper has never been heard from again.Some agencies may list July 22, 2000 and Dallas, Texas as the date and place of Cooper's disappearance. His case remains unsolved.
