Light brown hair, green eyes. Cornwell's head was shaved at the time of his disappearance. He also shaves his arms and chest. Cornwell has a tattoo between his shoulderblades, a surgical scar on the back of his right shoulder, and metal braces and caps on his teeth. His ears are pierced one time each. He has previously had testicular surgery. Cornwell's nickname is Joby. Clothing/Jewelry Description: Possibly knee-length shorts, a t-shirt, sport socks, sneakers and a belt. Medical Conditions: Cornwell has an unspecified medical condition and is in need of medical attention.

Cornwell was last seen in the vicinity of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue in Salisbury, North Carolina on May 19, 2008. He may have visited a friend or relative in Landis, North Carolina. He never returned home and has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case.
