Missing Since: January 22, 2004 from Corsicana, Texas Classification: Endangered Runaway Date of Birth: July 25, 1986 Age: 17 years old Height and Weight: 6'0, 120 - 140 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian female. Blonde hair, blue eyes. Cotten's hair was dyed black at the time of her disappearance, and her blonde roots were showing. Some agencies report she may dye her hair blonde. She has a tattoo of a cross on her right leg, a dime-sized birthmark on her upper right leg, and tattoos on her left leg and right ankle. Cotten's tongue and navel are pierced. One of her front teeth has turned black. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A miniskirt.
Details of Disappearance
Cotten was last seen departing her Corsicana, Texas home on January 22, 2004, in a white pickup truck with two Hispanic males. She has never been heard from again. She is believed to have left of her own accord. Few details are available in her case.
