Details of Disappearance
Covington was last seen walking away from a group facility located in the 5100 block of south Elizabeth Street in Chicago, Illinois, at approximately 6:00 p.m. on April 21, 2003. He has never been heard from again. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance are unclear.
