Black hair, brown eyes. Cruz wore a moustache at the time of his disappearance. He has a tattoo of a butterfly or a snake on his neck and the name "Veronica" tattooed somewhere on his body.
Details of Disappearance
Cruz was last seen in Phoenix, Arizona on May 2, 1997. He left his home in the area of 24th Avenue and Buckeye Road for unknown reasons and never returned. He has never been heard from again. Foul play is suspected in his case.
