Davison was last seen at a mall in Waterford, Michigan on November 8, 2009. She has never been heard from again. She may be driving a silver four-door 2001 Chevrolet Malibu and may be in the company of her boyfriend, described as African-American, 5'9 - 5'10 tall with a slim build and possibly eyeglasses. Photographs and additional information for the boyfriend are unavailable. Davison's family stated the boyfriend may be abusive towards her.

In April 2009, six months prior to Davison's disappearance, she and her boyfriend lost all their belongings in a fire at their apartment. They may have traveled to Kentucky, Ohio or Tennessee to seek work. Few details are available in Davison's case.
