Missing Since: August 31, 2003 from Pacoima, California Classification: Endangered Missing Age: 25 years old Height and Weight: 5'5, 150 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: African-American female. Brown hair, brown eyes. Edwards's hair was braided and pulled back from her face at the time of her disappearance. She has very small teeth. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A red tank top, blue capri-style jeans, a white belt and black shoes with red trim. Medical Conditions: Edwards has the mental capacity of a ten-year-old child. She knows her name but may have difficulty remembering her home address.
Details of Disappearance
Edwards last seen on August 31, 2003, as she was leaving the Video Expo store on Glenoaks Boulevard and Van Nuys Boulevard in Pacoima, California. At the time of her disappearance, she carried a California identification card and a black bookbag with a logo that says "Beebe."Edwards has gone missing twice before, once in December 2002 and once in January 2003. She was located previous times at Huber Humphreys park on Dronfield and Filmore in Pacoima. This time, searches turned up no sign of her. Due to her disability, she is considered to be at risk.
