Details of Disappearance
Alexander disappeared from Ellenton, Florida on November 7, 2008. He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Micaela Sanchez Vasquez. A photograph and vital statistics for Micaela are posted below this case summary. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for her on November 14, 2008.Alexander's father, Bradley Erb, says he last saw his son on November 4. Sometime between November 4 and November 7, Micaela fled with Alexander and all their belongings. The police refused to accept a missing persons report until November 7, the date of Bradley's next visitation. He claims Micaela's family and neighbors lied to him about her whereabouts in order to mislead the investigation and give Micaela time to get away.
Alexander and Micaela may be in Washington state or in Mexico. Alexander's whereabouts are unknown and his case remains unsolved.
