Details of Disappearance
Joseph and his sister Nicole disappeared from Ardmore, Oklahoma on May 19, 2008. They were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Natalya Ernst. She had been ordered not to move out of the area without permission of the court. A photograph and vital statistics for Natalya are posted below this case summary. A Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) warrant for international parental kidnapping was issued for her on February 18, 2009. The children are believed to be in Russia. Joseph and Nicole's whereabouts are unknown and their cases remain unsolved.
