Details of Disappearance
Erwin was a patient at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, a psychiatric hospital in the vicinity of the 2700 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue southeast in Washington, D. C. On January 18, 2009, she got a pass to leave the grounds. She never returned and has never been heard from again. Few details are available in her case.
