Details of Disappearance
Jacob and his brother Jiulianny disappeared from Tampa, Florida on March 25, 2009, two days before Jacob's third birthday. Authorities believe they were abducted by their non-custodial mother. Photographs and information for the mother are unavailable. The children may be in Nicaragua. Their cases remain unsolved.
