Details of Disappearance
Stephanie disappeared from North Hills, California on April 1, 2007. She was abducted by her non-custodial father, Farid Farhoumand. A photograph and vital statistics for Farid are posted below this case summary. A felony warrant is on file for him. Farid took Stephanie to Mexico after her disappearance, then to Germany. They were en route to Iran, but Farid ran out of money and took Stephanie back to Mexico. They may still be there Stephanie's whereabouts are unknown and her case remains unsolved.
