Black hair, brown eyes. Feliciano was born in Puerto Rico and speaks some Spanish. His hair was shoulder-length at the time of his disappearance. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A gray hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. Medical Conditions: Feliciano is supposed to be taking medication for unspecified reasons. He may not be taking it as directed.
