Felipe was last seen in Live Oak, Florida on February 13, 2002. He is believed to have been abducted by his non-custodial mother and father. Photographs and vital statistics for Felipe's parents are unavailable. They may be in the counties of Madison, Suwannee, or Lafayette in Florida. Their whereabouts are unknown and Felipe's case remains unsolved.
