Brown hair, brown eyes. Fipps's nickname is Tricia. She has a tattoo above her right knee of the word "Harley" under Harley-Davidson wings. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A blue shirt, gray sweatpants and white sneakers.
Details of Disappearance
Fipps was last seen in Tulsa, Oklahoma on November 20, 2002. She was remodeling a house in the 200 block of south Phoenix Avenue. She called her mother and said her ex-boyfriend would be taking her home from work. Fipps's ex-boyfriend claims he did pick her up and dropped her off safe at her home. Her mother was waiting at home for her and she never arrived or picked up her children from day care. She has not been heard from since. Fipps may be driving a gray 1994 Isuzu Rodeo SUV. Foul play is suspected, but few details are available in her case.
