Details of Disappearance
Fipps was last seen in Tulsa, Oklahoma on November 20, 2002. She called her mother and said her ex-boyfriend would be taking her home from work. Fipps's ex-boyfriend claims he did pick her up and dropped her off safe at her home. Her mother was waiting at home for her and she never arrived. She has not been heard from since. Foul play is suspected, but few details are available in her case.
