Missing Since: March 3, 2003 from Guelph, Ontario Classification: Endangered Missing Date Of Birth: November 11, 1984 Age: 18 years old Height and Weight: 5'4, 100 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian female. Black hair, hazel eyes. Fischer's nickname is Carol. She has a birthmark on the right side of her abdomen and freckles on her face and arms. Her left nostril and ears are pierced. Fischer's upper teeth are crooked and her nose is slightly crooked to the left. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A black velvet dress, a shiny black trenchcoat, three-inch platform boots, a metal bead necklace, a necklace with a metal ankh, silver earrings, a silver nose stud and a silver bracelet on her left wrist.
Details of Disappearance
Fischer was last seen in Guelph, Ontario on March 3, 2003, when she boarded a bus bound for North Carolina. She planned to visit a 19-year-old male acquaintance there and told her family she would return in September, but she never did and has never been heard from again. Few details are available in Fischer's case. The Charley Project is profiling her because she may have disappeared within the United States. Canadian police are investigating.
