Details of Disappearance
Nancy and her brother Samuel disappeared from Lexington, Kentucky on April 11, 2008. They are believed to have been abducted by their non-custodial father and taken to Mexico. Photographs and information for the father are unavailable. The children's mother has applied for their return to her care under the terms of the international civil treaty, the Hague Convention on the Civil aspects of International Child Abduction. However, Nancy and Samuel remain listed as missing and their cases are unsolved.
