Details of Disappearance
Flowers was last seen in Dallas, Texas on November 6, 2006. He was a patient in a Veterans Administration hospital at the time of his disappearance. He was scheduled to be released, but left the hospital without permission beforehand. He has never been heard from again. Flowers is believed to have left on foot. He may have traveled to the Paris, Texas area. Few details are available in his case.
