Missing Since: October 1, 1999 from Alma, Arkansas Classification: Endangered Missing Date of Birth: August 25, 1972 Age: 27 years old Height and Weight: 5'6, 130 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian female. Blonde hair, blue eyes. Foster may use the last name Cupples or the names Summer and/or Dallas. She has piercing in her left nostril, left eyebrow, left breast, genitals, tongue and navel, and her ears are pierced three times each. She has the following tattoos: Chinese writing on the back of her neck, a tribal design on her lower back and an unspecified tattoo around her navel. Foster has a mole on her neck. Her teeth are slightly crooked at the bottom. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A t-shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers.
Details of Disappearance
Foster was last seen in the evening of October 1, 1999 when a family member dropped her off at a store in the vicinity of the 20 block of Highway 64 west in Alma, Arkansas. She has never been heard from again. Foster may be in Texas. She was employed as an exotic dancer at the time of her disappearance. Few details are available in her case. Van Buren, Arkansas police are investigating.
