Details of Disappearance
Johan was abducted by his non-custodial father, Johan Manuel Garcia. They were last seen together on August 27, 2004 in Los Angeles, California, but the child normally resides in New Jersey and that state's authorities are investigating his case. Photographs and vital statistics for Johan Manuel are posted below this case summary. A felony warrant was issued for him on September 7, 2004.Johan and his father may still be in the Los Angeles area or they may have traveled to El Salvador. The child's case remains unsolved. Some agencies state that he vanished from Jersey City, New Jersey.
