Stephanie and her sister Marifer were last seen in Grand Rapids, Michigan on May 9, 2005, the day after Marifer's first birthday. They were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Marisol Avalos. A photograph and vital statistics for Avalos are posted below this case summary. A felony warrant has been issued for her.Avalos, Stephanie and Marifer may have traveled to Mexico. The children's cases remain unsolved.
