Details of Disappearance
Gomez disappeared from her home in the 400 block of Augustus Road in Las Cruces, New Mexico on August 1, 2004. Authorities believe she left of her own accord. Gomez has a history of running away; one time she was found living on the streets in Orange County, California and another time she went to live with friends in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Her family believes she may have gone to Los Angeles, California or may have returned to Albuquerque. Her case remains unsolved.
