Details of Disappearance
Guerra-Aguilera disappeared from Las Vegas, Nevada on November 5, 2008. He was abducted by his non-custodial grandmother, Braulia D. Martinez. Photographs of Martinez are unavailable. A felony warrant is on file for her. Her date of birth is January 15, 1972, making her 36 years old at the time of Guerra-Aguilera's abduction. She is described as Hispanic, 5'2 tall and 125 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She may dye her hair blonde. Martinez and Guerra-Aguilera may be in Mexico. The child's whereabouts are unknown and his case remains unsolved.
