Details of Disappearance
Jessica was last seen on July 11, 2000 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Martha Olivia Harrison-Ruiz. A photograph and vital statistics for Martha are posted below this case summary. A Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued for her on May 24, 2005.Martha and Jessica are believed to be living in Mexico. Jessica's family believes they are residing in Martha's hometown of Puebla, Mexico, but Mexican authorities have stated they could not find the child in that city. Her case remains unsolved.
