Details of Disappearance
Priscila and her brother Isaac disappeared from Chicago, Illinois on March 22, 2009. Authorities believe they were abducted by their non-custodial mother. Photographs and information for the mother are unavailable. The children may be in Hidalgo, Mexico. Their father has applied for their return to the United States under the terms of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
