Details of Disappearance
Paulo disappeared from Manassas, Virginia on December 12, 2004. He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Cesar Luis Hinojosa Quiroz. A photograph and vital statistics for Cesar are posted below this case summary. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for him on October 7, 2008. Paulo and Cesar may be in Peru. The child's whereabouts are unknown and his case remains unsolved.
