Missing Since: January 26, 2009 from Fresno, California Classification: Endangered Missing Date of Birth: January 8, 1994 Age: 15 years old Height and Weight: 5'1 - 5'2, 100 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian male. Blond hair, brown eyes. Humphrey's left ear is pierced. He has a mole on the left side of his neck and a scar on his left leg. Humphrey may use the last names Nevets and/or Essman-Humphrey. His hair was worn collar-length and was often disheveled at the time of his disappearance. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A black hooded sweatshirt over a red zip-up sweatshirt, blue jeans, orange sneakers and a gray and black beanie cap.
