Details of Disappearance
Damian disappeared from Bartow, Florida on June 26, 2006. Authorities believe he was abducted by his non-custodial father. Photographs and information about the father are unavailable. Damian's mother has applied for his return to the United States under the terms of an international civil treaty: the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. Damian has not been recovered as yet, however, and his case remains unsolved.
